How does the customization process work?
Once you purchase a bag, we’ll send you a customization kit that includes leather swatches, thread colors, and lining options. You’ll review the materials, make your selections, and submit them through your Atelier Cabella account. After that, we begin the production process and keep you updated every step of the way.
Why do you send a physical customization kit?
Colors and textures can appear different depending on lighting and screen displays. By sending a physical kit, you can see, touch, and feel the materials in person to make the best choice for your bag.
Can I make changes after submitting my customization choices?
Once you’ve finalized and submitted your customization selections through your account, changes may not be possible as production begins promptly. However, contact us immediately if adjustments are needed, and we’ll do our best to assist.
How long does it take to produce my customized bag?
The production process typically takes 8-10 weeks, depending on the complexity of your selections. We will provide regular updates and share progress photos during the process.
Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, as each bag is custom-made to order and requires the purchase of specific materials tailored to every customer's design preferences. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.
